These are kits in various colorways to help you get your feet wet and your creative juices flowing with Artfelt®. These kits include all the basic items necessary for creating the particular project (though some kits will require you to provide certain tools and/or notions).

Birds of a Feather Shawl
The Birds of a Feather Shawl was the first artfelt® shawl in our series. It is created with a pencil roving grid overlaid with standard roving. The edges are left as openwork, creating a light and airy feel to this lovely design. Though the Birds of a Feather kit is currently available only in Blue/Black, the pattern and other supplies can be purchased separately, and you can choose your own colors from our vast rainbow of 100% Merino Wool coordinating pencil and standard roving.

Window Pane Shawl
Based on the same design as the Celtic Grid Shawl, the Window Pane Shawl uses the same openwork grid with the pencil and standard roving. The difference is that the pencil roving is then used over the areas outside the grids to create even more geometric patterning on the shawl. Finished measurements are approximately 66” wide by 48” long, and this kit is available in six different colorways.

Celtic Grid Shawl
This shawl is a beautiful example of the drape and fluid quality that can be achieved with artfelt®. It is designed around a basic grid of pencil roving which is left open, creating a lattice. Standard roving is used in the remainder of the shawl giving it strength and warmth. Finished measurements are approximately 66” wide by 48” long, and this kit is available in six different colorways.
